yo I-man, I didn't check the hyperlinks yet, but if you're really into this question, I'd be happy to lend some insight, seeing as I'm being indoctrinated with reading the fine line between 'developed' and 'developing' nations. a quick fyi on that notion: Truman coined the term 'underdeveloped' nations back in his presidency--and created the concept of 'developing' nations out of people who were, until then, just chillin'.
I'd say someone is developed once their Economics are important and strong enough for us (the USA) to want to come in and rat-fuck them out of it.
but wanted to say: dude--this is what they're cramming down my throat at ye olde schoolhouse right now--would love to rap the difference between developed and developing--I'm sure you guessed it by now--but it has a lot to do with economics and, more specifically, in my oppinion--economics and how the USA can rat-fuck them OUT of their money.
