i just read a letter to the editor from an american news paper and was saddened by the selfish ignorance of this women. it hurts to know that her misinterpreted ideals represent a portion of american views and values.

them's fightin' words. Perhaps the key word in the phrase "in God we Trust" is not to whom we trust, but the trust itself.

I think I speak for some Americans at least when I say: yikes.
